Often you spend so much time leading and caring for others you can neglect your own well-being. Our sessions provide a safe space for Superwomen to lay down your capes, leave behind your representative and experience peace & happiness. Sister Circles

Sister Circles are a safe space for women to release and restore emotionally and mentally with like-minded women. Sister Circles include several practices to release physical tension, relax your thoughts, and receive support and inspiration from women experiencing similar situations in life. These retreats take place in open air spaces: beaches, parks and beautifully lit venues when indoors. Yoga, Journaling, and Meditation are often staples of these Mini-retreats.
